[net.tv] Hill Street Blues - what about this...

edward@ukma.UUCP (Edward C. Bennett) (06/02/85)

In all this discussion of who stays/goes, everyone has forgotten
one important thing. Remember the last scene with Frank at the AA meeting?
Did you see who was also in attendance? JOHNNY LaRUE!!! Imagine, after years
of being a slime mold, J.D. has taken the first step towards becoming a
human being! HE HAS TO COME BACK!!!

...or did i dream it...

LaRue is still a slime mold, and his character is a good one to have on the
show. However, he started attending the AA sessions on one of LAST years
shows!

I seem to remember that Frank was the person who advised J.D. to join AA.
This happened in the first (?) season. I think the explaination is that
J.D. is slime, of the worse kind, but he's cured his alcohal problem, which
is a boost to everyone

Unless I'm mistaken didn't LaRue attend meetings a couple of seasons
ago , in fact I think this is where we first saw Frank at an AA meeting.
