The computer chess program Phoenix, a competitor in the recent World Computer Chess Championships, is available for correspondence chess games over the net. We have set up an automated interface whereby the program reads its mail, calculates its next move, and responds back to you. For this intial experiment, we are allowing Phoenix to participate in a maximum of 10 games.
