[net.chess] Chess Rating Survey - Take 2

**** ATTENTION All Chess Ladder Players ****

I am conducting a survey of chess players on our net.chess chess ladder
to determine the strength and rating distribution of our ladder in terms of 
USCF ratings. If you have a current or old USCF (U.S. Chess Federation)
over-the-board rating, please send your name, rating and ladder placement
(using ladder #52 or 53) to me so I can compile the results.

After a sufficient amount of time, I will post my findings on the net.
