Does anyone know how I can demagnetize my auto cassette deck. A long extension cord won't due since the tip of my demag cannot reach into the deck. I know that cassette demags exist, but I have just read in this subscription that they can be dangerous if it doesn't match the deck. I don't even know the make of the deck. I own an 82 280. Is the deck an Hitachi? The Datsun dealer doesn't know. thanks, steve (deimos!steve)
