[net.audio] Linear phase shift

A linear phase shift is NOT a constant phase shift. It is a constant
TIME shift. You can't get a zero phase shift out of a real system - there
is always some delay. A constant delay (linear phase shift) makes the
output signal the same shape as the input, thus it sounds the same. Looking
at it another way, you can easily create a linear phase shift by moving
closer to or further from any sound source.
