I was once plagued by the baseboard heat problem. I have Klipsh Horns that must go in the corner of the room, and the baseboard units went all the way around the outside walls. What worked quite well for me was to disassemble the baseboard unit covers near where the speakers would go, and insert medium guage aluminum above the dissipation fins, effectively closing off that section of the baseboard unit within a couple of feet around the speaker. I don't think that this has much of an effect on the overall heating ability of the system and it keeps your speakers cool. Randy King we13!mgweed!rjk
