#N:uiucuxc:18500006:000:626 uiucuxc!sigurd Jul 27 18:27:00 1983 I just had a small question referring to biasing and its affect on recordings: Not being a member of the flat_response, audiophilist group, I admit to enjoying a sound that favors higher frequencies. In other words, I like bright recordings. Now, when dealing with the biasing of chromium tapes, what type of change (increase or decrease) should be made to accomplish this effect. Also, if there is a fairly simple explanation to how biasing works or how it actually affects the recording, I would love to hear it. -Back with more questions as soon as I remember them. Eric
