[net.audio] Good dealings with Shure Brothers, Inc.

I recently had occasion to send a stylus back to Shure so
that they could try to help clear up some trouble I was having.
Without going into too much detail, let me say that I was
EXTREMELY impressed by the speed and literacy of their
response, the action they took on my problem, and the general
competance of their operation.

There may be reasons to buy a particular product beyond the
spec sheet ...  (though I shouldn't put Shure's specs down:
the frequency response of their V-15 line looks more like
an amplifier than a phono cartridge)

I have also had EXCELLENT service from Shure Brothers and would
recommend them to anyone.
