There are three articles in the January '84 "Stereo Review" I recommend to the readers of the net. 1. How to choose an audio dealer - one of the best summaries of the audio marketplace I've seen in a long time. Very valuable to first-time shoppers. 2. 25 Outstanding CD's - Let's face it, not every CD (just like not every audiophile LP) is a sonic masterpiece, but this article gives 25 that SR reviewers feel warrant special merit. Both classical and pop CD's are included. 3. Julian Hirsch's comments about distortion. Very well stated Enjoy, and thanks to hound!rfg to tipping me off that there was something extra in the new SR.
