Having just dealt with these people recently, I thought it might interest other netters on my experience. I ordered a Grace Level 2 beryllium cartrige from them finally after trying to call them on their toll free line about 15 times over 3 days (It's always busy!). Had to go through their regular phone number. Anyways, once I got through the salesman (who seemed to know what he was talking about) placing the order was no problem since he assured me that it was in stock. OK, fine. Three weeks passes...... Nothing in the mail. Four weeks, nothing. Having lost patience, Trying to call them to find out what was happening resulted in a run around. Luckily, the package showed up on the same day and everything is wonderful now. I have a feeling that these guys are a 1 or 2 man operation and are incredibly overworked. The prices are certainly excellent. I guess you get what you pay for. If you are willing to wait a while to save money, then I think I can definately recommend it. Casey Cox Automatix Inc. vaxine!cec
