[net.audio] mono or bi-amp?

Given that an Amber series 70 is going to be dedicated to driving exactly
one speaker at or below 70 watts (the rated power for 2 speakers) the
question is:

Is it better (cleaner and/or sweeter) to mono the amp to drive that speaker
Or to use the Amber to bi-amp the same speaker (for instance the left side
is used to drive the tweeter and the right side for the woofer)

Which is cleaner at lower power?
Which would give out more effective power?
Why is this better than using the same amp for both speakers?
