In the late 1970's to early 1980's, Kenwood manufactured a limited edition ( it was there at the dealer and gone without a trace one month later ) FM tuner that was supposedly really decent. This unit had some ridiculous number of tuned circuits in the front end; an all SAW if strip, and a proprietary zero-crossing detector ( or some such digital detector ). I never actually saw one but was sent the brochure. If you have just the MODEL NUMBER ( or one you would like to get rid of ) please send MAIL : David ( last of the Analog ) Anthony ( decvax, akgua ! mcnc ! urp ! dya ) P.S. Any old Accuphase lying around the house looking for a home ??

Kenwood made two "SUPER TUNERS". The first was the 600T and the second generation was the KT-917. I got a 600T from Jafco for $300. The KT-917 was being sold by DAK , I think for even less or about the same. (To: Net.wanted) I would also like to bater/trade/buy a KT-917. ...tektronix!tekig!petel Pete Lancashire (503) 627-2566
