<gulp, gulp, GULP> I agree with Dick Dunn's assessment of Hafler components. While they may not give quite the performance of Mark Levinson or other lines that cost 10 times as much, they are considerably better that the mass market gear from Sansui, Sony, Pioneer, Kenwood, Nikko, NAD, et al. Also, its hard to match Hafler for value per dollar (especially when you build their kits). Admittedly, I'm somewhat biased since my system is built around a Hafler 110 preamp and 220 power amp, but I have heard few components that would give any improvement (unless I want to spend $5,000 for a Levinson).
