I have suddenly gained access to a complete machine shop and could make a very good turntable, if I only knew how, for a lot less money than I could buy a decent one. I like to tinker so the time spent is no object. I need infomation about acoustic isolation, tonearm design, etc. Does anyone have a favorite set of references? Thanks in advance. -- Marty Sasaki Havard University Science Center sasaki@harvard.{arpa,uucp}
