Query----- KEF loudspeakers Does anyone out there own, or know someone who owns, KEF speakers? I like the sound of the KEF 104/2's I heard, but I am unfamiliar with the brand. Due to personal experience, I am interested in the durability/reliability of stereo equipment. I don't expect to abuse the equipment, but want something that can survive a move. I am also interested in how well they hold their value. Will I lose my investment if I trade up in a few years (four years on my present speakers)? The speakers the KEF's are competing with are McIntoshes, which are slightly inferior sonically to the KEF's, but do quite well in the other respects. While I am specifically looking for information as stated above, I would appreciate suggestions of other brands and models in the price range ($1400 - 1700/pr).
