In mid-1984 there were reports that the Acoustat Corp. had gone out of business (disconnected phones, etc.). I (a registered Acoustat owner) just received a letter from "ACOUSTAT / a div. of the david hafler company" offering an upgrade to the drive circuitry for their speakers. Nice to know they're back in business, and haven't forgotten about their old customers. -- Robert Jesse
