I realize there has been discussion of hifi vcr in the past, but
unfortunately I did not pay any attention to it (considering most
of tv a waste of time, etc ...).  However, I noticed in a review
of sony vcr that you can record the sound from an fm simulcast.
Now that sounds interesting.

Can you give me some info on the vcrs - the pros and cons of beta 
vs vhs and the quality of the different models.
