Yes folks, it's true...just four hours after asking where to get headphones that will handle CD's, I got a catalog listing a pair of Sony headphones specifically designed to handle the CD bass response. They don't come with the D-5 and they're $89.95. But that's list price so I think I'm ready to buy my fifth pair of headphones. (Herb also mentioned that these phones were available in Japan, but they seem to be available here also) Has anybody tried electret or electrostatic headphones with a CD player? Does that work? (All the usual caveats apply...ie. don't sue AT&T over this)
