[net.chess] Program for Chinese chess

I would be interested in locating a program that plays Chinese
chess (Xiang-qi, I think it's called).  Presumably, a western-chess
program could be adapted into a minimally adequate Chinese
chess opponent, but I don't have sources for even a simple
chess program either.
