[net.audio] Does a communications receiver like this exist?

I am looking for a communications receiver with the following
characteristics:

AM & FM broadcast bands, plus some VHF band (30-50 MHz, or 144-180 MHz)
OR UHF band (450-512 MHz), plus the aircraft band (~116 MHz),
with analog tuning (a knob, not a keypad) and digital freq display.

Memories, scanning, clock, etc are not essential.
AM short wave (10kHz-30MHz) is NOT needed.

The Sony 2002 lacks analog tuning, VHF and AIR.
The Sony 2010 lacks VHF/UHF.
