I am looking for a four conductor cable that could be used as speaker wire. Each cabinet contains a Gauss 18" woofer and a pair of JBL bullet tweeter. I want to connect two cabinets in parallel with ~40-50 feet between them. An additional 20 feet is needed the first cabinet and the amplifiers. I'm using a bi-amp system with an electronic crossover(pioneer). So far I've seen 16/4 (16 gauge- 4 conductor) but the man in electrical store said it wouldn't do the job. He couldn't explain why though. I would appreciate any help. Thanx. ------------ ----------- | o _ o | | o _ o | # 20' | / \ | 40-50' | / \ | AMPS #______________| |O| |____________________| |O| | # | \_/ | | \_/ | | | | | | | | | ------------ -----------
