[net.audio] Magnavox 7412WA component system: any good?

I have the option of buying a Magnavox 7412WA component rack-mounted stereo
for $199.  Is this system worth that?  Anyone have one?

It's basically a 30W system with 8" woofers, cassette deck, receiver, 
turntable, and cabinet.  Of course there's a midrange too, and all that.
