I had the opportunity to compare the KEF 104/2 and the ADS L1590 loudspeakers. The KEF speakers were the hands down winner in my opinion. In fact, they were the best speakers I've ever heard. I also compared these speakers against the Klipsch Cornwalls. Both the KEF and ADS sounded better than the Klipsch. As soon as I can afford them, I will buy the KEF 104/2s (the best price I got in a retail store was $1495/pair). If I remember correctly, the ADS L1590s were ~ $2100/pair. Another thing the KEF speakers have going for them is that they are nice to look at. I personnaly do not like the metal grating on the ADS speakers. Mike Kaplan Mitre Corp., Bedford, MA

I have owned a pair of 103.2s for 3 years, and have been almost totally satisfied. Both the 104.2 and 103.2 suffer from a lack of low bass (I really like baroque organ music.) One day, I will rectify this with a sub-woofer. -- John Allred General Computer Company uucp: seismo!harvard!gcc-milo!john ^^^^ note new path-------------||
