Some weeks ago I put out a query to ont.general expressing interest in formation of an ont.micro newsgroup. As of today I have received less than one handful of replies (i.e., all three of them were favorable). I don't think this constitutes sufficient interest to make a viable newsgroup, so have doused the idea for now. We can keep in touch by mail until the volume builds up, and continue posting the occasional item to ont.general and/or ont.events. Ian Darwin U of Toronto Computing Services
