There are three rooms available now in a large Victorian mansion in Parkdale. The House: The house is a large privately owned Victorian mansion with 80' lawns front and back. It is located in a quiet family neighbourhood. There are two TTC streetcar routes, one an all night service, just a block away, with regular connections to the subway. Travel time to 'downtown' is between 20 and 40 minuites depending on the time of day. The house has been extensively renovated and is in very good condition. The Rooms: Three rooms are available, one on the second floor and two on the third. The second floor room has a working fireplace. All the rooms are heated from a central boiler. All the rooms are quite large and well lit, and have wooden floors. The house is very solidly built so sound does not carry much. The price of the rooms varies between $325 and $450. Facilities: There is a laundry with automatic machines in the basement. There are a total of 6 bathrooms in the house. Some rooms have their own washbasins. There is a 60' lounge, a dining rooms and two kitchens on the ground floor, together with a TV room. 'Public' rooms also exist on each floor. These rooms are furnished in a style befiting the archetecture of the house. The rooms are ready for occupation now.
