Does anybody have any use for TI 4030 RAM chips? I have about a dozen of them that I have no further use for. They are 22-pin 4K dynamic RAMs with an odd negative supply voltage. Not the sort of thing any rational man would use in a new design, but some add-on memory outfits have used them in the past and people with boards from such folks might find these handy for spares. No charge, they weren't expensive when I bought them and they're worthless to me now.
