Decvax continues to misbehave in peculiar ways. We are getting an intermittent trickle of news from them, but it's not dependable. It is harder to assess how reliably mail is flowing, but I have strong evidence that decvax should not be considered a reliable mail link. Sometimes it gets through. Sometimes it doesn't. As many of you know, we are in the process of shifting our news feed from decvax to linus (Mitre Corp. in Bedford, Mass.). In theory we should be getting news from linus now, but something seems to be wrong there. The problem is complicated by the system guru there being away on a week's vacation. With luck we should get this sorted out shortly and the news will become reliable again. We do connect regularly to linus now, and mail can go through them. We also intend to keep our decvax link for mail even after the news feed gets fully switched over to linus.
