The chess program PHOENIX is attempting to qualify for the upcoming World Computer Chess Championships. We are hoping to enter the program into the Canadian Open Chess Championships, July 9-17. The tournament is being held in Toronto, however, the only machine we have access to is a VAX here at the University of Waterloo that does not have a DATAPAC connection. We are looking for the usage of a VAX in the Toronto area for the duration of the tournament. Games are played on weekends and at 6pm on weekdays.
