Here is a summary of what I got so far. Although lsuc!dave suggested that we could bring it from waterloo, unfortunately York does not yet have a WATS line, thus, so far it seems that possibility is out. Few more votes would be helpful, just to indicate what type of support this idea really has. By next week, we may be able to create the newsgroup, and see if it will live.
