I have a one bedroom apartment available January 1st. The place
is located on the corner of Oriole Parkway and Chaplin Crescent
and is a five minute walk to the Davisville Subway. There is
also the Number 5 bus which passes right outside and goes down
Avenue (then University) down to Dundas.
The actual apartment itself has new appliances (oven, stove, and
dishwasher) and new windows. There are no bugs (thank god) and
no neighbours with strange psychotic tendencies.
One might ask the question why I would like to rent this absolutely
marvelous bargain.... of course, one might not. The answer is that
I must return to this stupendous university to finish my degree.
So I'm not looking to sublet the place but rather to assign the
lease. Since my room-mate and I are leaving early, it is up to us
to find renters and not the landlord.
OK, now the price........... $696.00 (yes I know, fleamarket price)
I know it sounds a little steep (because it is) but considering
the neighborhood it's about average (so people have been telling me).
