I'll be work out of the Law Society's Ottawa office from
April 13 through April 25.  (Aren't computers wonderful?
Doesn't matter where you are physically.  I'm only going
because my wife, who works for the government, has to 
go to Ottawa for a training course.)

If any of you Ottawans (Ottawonians? Outaouaisers?) care to
recommend interesting things to do (my wife's colleagues have told
her they roll up the sidewalks at night), I'd appreciate it.
(Restaurants are out, except for the one kosher restaurant.)
We have the standard tourist literature.  Any tours of local
UNIX sites I should be taking? :-)

I'm looking for a two-bedroom place in downtown Ottawa for the Fall term.
I will consider a year lease if necessary.

Should be clean and in a reasonably nice neighbourhood.
A little bit West of downtown is okay.

I'm looking for me and my cousin.  We are female U of W co-op mathies.

If you have any ideas, let me know.
We're going up to look Friday, July 22 (ie tomorrow) and Saturday, July 23.

There is a place for rent in the Ottawa area (Bell's Corners). It is about
a 15 minute drive to downtown. Lots of added features that include:
       CABLE TV, COLOUR TV, MICROWAVE, STOVE (fancy huh), REFRIGERATOR,
       BBQ, WASHER, DRYER, IBM PC Clone , OWN ROOM.

    There is one room available for the following times:
       September 1988 ---> December 31 1988
       May 1 1989     ---> August 31, 1989.

    It is very close to bus routes, shopping (grocery and malls), restraunts
 (fast food, chinese, steak, pizza, etc.) and there are many local bars 
 around (including Hurleys, Malibu Jacks, Impressions, and many others) if you
 are interested in these type of things.
    Parking is readily available.

    RENT is ~$250 per month with utilities included.
