[net.math] Hairs on the head

jam@sri-unix (07/07/82)

Here is one for you computer types:

	Take the number of hairs on your head;
	multiply it by the number of hairs on the head of the person
		next to you;
	multiply it by the number of hairs on the head of the next person;
	etc. until you have covered every person on the earth.

What (approximately) is that product?

I beleive the answer is zero. The first time Yul Brynner is incorporated
into your product, further calculation becomes irrelevant.

     You gave us an easy one. The product goes to zero as soon as
you multiply by the numbers of hairs on my Uncle Sam's totally
bald head
