We have a room (possibly 2) coming available for May 1, 1989 until
August 31, 1989. In September the lease is up and we are leaving,
you might be able to take over the lease if you desire.
The location is Bathurst and Harbord, 5 minute walk to the subway and
the heart of the Annex area. (15-20 minute walk to UofT)
The apartment is the upper two floors of a Victorian, three bedrooms,
large bathroom, kitchen and a living room. The available bedroom
are fairly large, it faces west and gets alot of natural sunlight.
Parking is available.
The normal price for the room is $500 (isn't toronto housing
wonderful), but is negotiable (let's talk).
