[ont.general] abugs@moore

sonia@ziebmef.uucp (Sonia Brock) (03/12/89)

A new mailfeed called abugs@moore is being formed, courtesy of
Paul Maclauchlan (paul@moore).

The purpose of this group is to distribute the monthly meeting
notices of ABUG - the Amiga-based user group which meets on the
3rd Sunday of each month at 519 Church Street, 2nd floor front,
from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.

Aside and apart from that little necessity and some discussion
of club-related business i.e. "who's bringing the machine this
month?" this mailfeed should serve the convenience of all Amigans.

I sincerely hope that abugs@moore will serve as a forum
for Amiga-related local items both technical and social and will
help to introduce Amiga users to each other.

This will also reduce annoyance to users with larger systems
or unlike systems who may not wish to hear doodley about the
AMIGA.

The abugs@moore MAILFEED is intended for on-line use of interested
Amiga users with Net addresses who may wish to post local news
items, machine or software-related problems, or information
to an interested and technically sophisticated group of fellow
Amiga users in the Toronto area and in Ontario in general.

If you have any Amiga and would like to be added to the MAILFEED list
please send your net address, name, machine model, workplace,
special interests and, if you wish, your phone number in E-Mail
directly to sonia@fricker.UUCP (Sonia Fricker Brock).

Thanks for listening.
