Hi there.
Soon a small company will be interested in a way to attach to
the networks. The problem is that $15000 a year is somewhat more than we
can muster.
The question, then, is this. Are there any sites currently in the net who
would be willing to act as a forwarder? I know there are some (like the
UofT) who would do it under limited conditions, and at very little, if any,
cost. But is there a local company/institution to whom we could hook up
when we are ready, on a more or less permanent basis, for a reasonable fee -
something in the range of a thousand or two per year?
Any information at all will be appreciated.
