[net.usenix] How are conf. proceedings ordered?

We are a member of Usenix but money prohibits us from going to
the confernece in Dallas.  How can we get the conference proceedings
and when should we order them?

If you know some one going to the conference, they may pick up an additional
copy for you ( at $20/copy) at the Conference itself.
Otherwise, copies may be ordered from the USENIX Office, 415 - 528 8649 after the Conference.
