[net.games] AD&D vs. D&D

saf (11/03/82)

I have seen several articles talking about AD&D and D&D. I don't know
what these abbreviations refer to. I assume D&D is dungeons and
dragons, but what then is AD&D? And what is difficult about it?

I guess a better way to phrase the question is what are the differences
between the two. Please reply to the net as I suspect others are
similarly confused.

The D&D and AD&D discussions should probably be in net.games.frp. You
will also be able to get a good explanation of the games/differences
from the regulars there.
