To get past the third rack, first get up to the last ladder (except for the flag one). When you jump to the next platform, move (VERY carefully) as far to the right as possible. When a cannonball passes, jump to the next platform, and immediately again move to the far right of it. A cannonball will bounce on the left edge of the platform - if you hold still, it lands on your head. What you must do is wait until the cannonball is at its apogee (i.e. highest up it'll go), and at ONCE move under it. Then jump to the cannon platform. You will probably need to AGAIN move to the very right of it, and run under the cannonball at its highest point. Then scoot real fast to the ladder, climb it, catch the flag, watch the cartoon, and go back to the first rack with *exploding* cannonballs!! One who's made it to the 6th rack

The you just push the joystick over any jump away. This way is tough at first but once you have the hang of it you can compleat all the following boards of this type.
