[net.games] SAIL in net.sources

After recieving a dozen and a half requests for the game, I
convinced the author Dave Riggle to post the game to net.sources.
This will be a brand-new version of the game (different from the
one on the 4.2 tape).

I hope you all can wait patiently until it comes out!
