correct rules I would greatly appreciate it. Here are the questions:

           1) Can a manned AFV be abandoned by its non-inherent crew ever?
           2) If so what happens to the AFV?
           3) Also can smoke be placed via an artillery barrage during the
              DEFENSIVE FIRE PHASE?


There may be a few more questions in the future. I am also intrested in who
else plays this great game and maybe we can swap some 'war stories'.
