I moderate everything fully. I deal, I spin the spinner, I blow up the
Universe when a 100MG warhead strikes an arsenal for a triple yield, etc.

Conncurrent movement:
2 day move turnover time. I mail to you: card picked, if secret or top
secret, another card. You mail me the card you want to put in your
strategy lineup, then I take care of the rest. Ties will be broken by
earlier sign-up arrival date.
