[net.games] "nuclear holocaust" simulation game wanted

I am interested in finding a source or pointers to a source for the
simulation called "nuclear holocaust".  I am told that the latest
version of this includes the nuclear winter scenario.

Any info you have, even of the "well, I think I heard..." would be
