In Zork III(played on my IBM PC) "Hello Sailor" is used on the sandy beach when the crusty old sailor appears. He will then give you a flask containing a mysterious liquid. I don't think this term is used in Zork I, but there just to make the player say "hello sailor" in every damn room. Experienced players correct me if I am wrong. Bob Crane tekig!bobc Beaverton OR
