Can anyone give me a few hints on how to get into the vault or get the
crystal sphere out without poisoning myself ? These are the only two tasks
I have yet to solve (apart from the endgame) and I would appreciate hints
rather than spoilers.

Somehow you can get from the Temple into the Robbers Hideout. Can anyone tell me how to do this?? (Or give me a hint) You can get into a machine room as well. Since I have not figured that out as well, can someone give me a hint about this. I don't know how to get into the vault, but I do know how to get into the endgame. HINT: Try an incant(ation). Have you been to the small room with *no* exits? Perhaps that curtain of light looks a lot different from its other side. As to the sphere, the robot is strong. Bill Stoll ..!whuxlm!wws

There are rumours this thing could be useful. We here are working on a hint, how to get in the vault. Perhaps you knew already, how to get in the endgame, without having solved all zork's problems. ( incant! ). Could Peter Da Costa please give some hints to me, for example how to pass that nasty bottom of well ( enter bucket? ). I would be very grateful, for I'm not the onlyone getting insane about this thing.
