[net.games] sail game on BSD Unix 4.2

On our BSD Unix 4.2 here at BGSU, there is a game called sail. There are
no instructions for this game, although I have deduced most of the commands,
I think. The problem is that I can't ever seem to win any of the scenarios -
or in fact even come close to a victory. My ship strikes her colors whenever
I am in naval combat for very long. It seems as if I cannot inflict much damage
upon the opposing ships before I surrender. Does someone out there have some
suggestions for me?

The manual entry is in /usr/src/games/sail/sail.6 It doesn't explain
everything (boarding is notably missing), but it's a good start.
