[net.games] Infocom's Sorcerer. Help Needed. End Game Probs.

	O.K.- Can anybody mail/post/etc. some hints (of any form, soft or
strong, either will be fine), for Infocom's Sorcerer game? Here is the
problems:

1) What is the blort potion (ability to see in dark places) used for? Is it
for the haunted house or the toll booth?

2) Is the beam of wood (from the coal mine) used for anything? Is there 
anything else in the coal mine (besides the rope)? 

3) (Hints only here, please....) How do you free Belboz? We have managed to
get to him, but have gotten no further. We figure you have to spray him with
the grue repellant to keep the grues away from him as your bringing him out,
but we can't get him out without awakening Jeearr.       

4) Is there anything beyond the mine field, or is it just like the
long road from 'Enchanter'.

Now, I've gotten over 330 points. I have retrieved the scrolls from the
glass maze area, the two from the fort (griffspotter), the potion and
scroll from the hidden cave, the scroll from the arcade ('What an arm kid,
what an arm), and everything from the guild hall (the potion, two scrolls,
the journal, infotator, amulet).

other questions:
5) What is the amulet used for? How about the floor waxer?
