I have just recently finished both Questron and Phantasie which are made by SSI. I thought they were two of the best games I have played in a while. Questron was slightly more entertaining, but it was also easier. Both were similar with joy stick control, easy menus, creating characters, dungeons, combat and the works. I recommend them highly. I have also just finished Ultima II and am starting Ultima III. These are a little harder then the previous teo mentioned, but they are made by a different company. Same basic mechanics, minus the joy stick control. Can't seem to get enough of these types of games. It is always bitter sweet when you finally win, because then what do you do!?!! Lee H.
