Search for relevant research and papers on the following areas or related concerns: Psychological effects of long term usage of different speech digitation techniques (64k, 32k, 16k, ADPCM, PCM ...) Psychological effects of long term usage of packetize voice networks. Speech coding, delays, no voice/zero output, ... Search for examples of packetized voice/data networks. Anyone using or doing research in this area, we would appreciate hearing what you are doing. We will post to the network (net.research) a collection of the above information.
