In response to a request for a hardware description/simulator
package....

  1. ENDOT Inc. sells an ISP-based simulation system that
supports multiprocess, register transfer level descriptions
and simulation. (It is NOT based on ISPS and never was --
I couldn't resist!) They have recently liberalized their
university distribution policy so it is worth investing.
N.2 is a stable tool and is in relatively wide use through
     the industry. Call (216) 229-8900.
  2. Wright-Patterson (AFAL) has a VHDL "technology insertion"
program where beta versions of the VHDL tools will be
distributed to universities and other selected sites.
The current tool set runs on VAX/VMS, tho'.

-> I don't get a cut of anything that anybody sells.....
