<harmful or fatal if swallowed> Steve Snyder Enterprises has issued a warning that the Sentinel AAD may not work properly with Duracell batteries. If you jump with a Sentinel, Snyder urges using some *alkaline or nicad* battery other than the Duracell. I urge replacing your Sentinel with an FXC... The problem (according to Snyder) is that the pickups in the battery compartment make intermittent contact with the Duracell, so that your Sentinel may test out OK on the ground but suddenly be left without battery power at a crucial moment. Sentinel, Duracell, and FXC are trademarks of various people.
